Copyrighted Material  Customers are responsible for the proper recognition and use of copyrighted material.  It is unlawful to reproduce copyrighted material without owner authorization.  It is the policy of EGI to decline to reproduce material without a Federal Copyright unless it can be demonstrated that the Copyright or one authorized by the owner, or that the use is a "fair use" and EGI is held harmless from liability if that is not the case.

Liability Limitation  Submitting photographic film, negatives, prints, transparencies, electronic files or other originals to EGI, constitutes an agreement by you that if the originals submitted are damaged, lost or stolen, our liability is limited to replacement of an equivalent amount of similar unexposed photographic material or electronic media when available.  No liability for replacement of non-photographic material shall be incurred.  Dyes used in traditional and digital color material may change in time.  These products will not be replaced or warranted against color change.

Remake Policy  Please return all original materials.  If upon review we determine that EGI is at fault your order will be reprocessed.  Remakes will only be processed at normal service times and as originally ordered.  Remakes will not be accepted if more than five days have lapsed since completion.

Terms  All orders payable upon delivery unless credit arrangements have been made.  Credit terms are net 30 days to open accounts.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  All shipments delivered in Michigan will be charged state sales tax unless a written purchase order with tax exemption is given or a tax exemption is on file.
